Structured Fun

I found this book to be a good guide as to how to be less formal but more productive in team meetings. Though I am a one man business, I do work strategically with my clients and have find myself using some of these techniques to get everyone communicating towards a common goal. Quick and easy read that is impactful and enjoyable.

Shortest book I've ever read...

This should have been a blog post, not a book! It was soooo short and really the content was just not valuable enough to justify the price in my opinion.
